On June 21, 2017, Bank of Commerce Holdings issued a press
release announcing that its board of directors has declared a
quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share of common stock,
payable on July 17, 2017 to shareholders of record as of July 5,
2017.

Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is the press release issued by
Bank of Commerce Holdings announcing the dividend which is
incorporated herein by reference to General Instruction F to Form
8-K.

Bank of Commerce Holdings (Holding Company) is a bank holding company. The Company’s principal business is to serve as a holding company for Redding Bank of Commerce (Bank), which operates under two separate names (Redding Bank of Commerce and Sacramento Bank of Commerce).
