Named Executive Officer Retirement
On March 8, 2019, Horst E. Gras, Vice President – International Operations, who was a named executive officer in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement for the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, announced his intent to retire from the Company effective April 7, 2019 after 25 years of service. Mr. Gras is age 63 and has served as a Vice President since 2001.
