On June 19, 2019, Avon Products, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Avon International Capital p.l.c., the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, intends to offer $350,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2022. On June 19, 2019, the Company also announced that it has commenced a cash tender offer, subject to certain terms and conditions, to purchase any and all of its 4.600% Notes due 2020. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 herewith.
