On May17, 2018, Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s shareholders voted on the matters disclosed in the Company’s definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 2, 2018 (the “Proxy Statement”).
