Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June1, 2017, we issued a press release announcing that we
closed our previously announced underwritten public offering. In
connection with the public offering, we issued 2,185,000 shares
of common stock, including 285,000 shares of common stock to the
exercise of the underwriters over-allotment option, at the public
offering price of $13.50 per share. A copy of the press release
is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1.
