On October 13, 2017, Associated Capital Group, Inc. ("AC)announced that Patrick Dennis will resign as Chief Financial Officer effective November 7, 2017.

Francis J. Conroy, CPA, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer whileAC conducts a search.
