On September 14, 2017, Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors:
a) declared a common stock dividend for the third quarter ending September 30, 2017, of $0.16 per diluted share, payable October 16, 2017, for shareholders of record as of September 30, 2017; and
b) declared a dividend for the third quarter ending September 30, 2017, of $0.3438 per diluted share, for the Company’s 5.5% Series B Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock. This dividend is payable October 16, 2017, for shareholders of record as of September 30, 2017.
