Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 31, 2019, John Pershing, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Ascena Retail Group, Inc. (the “Company”), tendered his resignation as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company. Mr. Pershing’s resignation will be effective as of June 28, 2019.

Ascena Retail Group, Inc. is a specialty retailer of apparel for women and tween girls. The Company operates through six segments: ANN, Justice, Lane Bryant, maurices, dressbarn and Catherines.
