On February 25, 2019, Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and full year 2018 consolidated financial results. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

During this report, the Company will reference a slide presentation, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
The Company has also updated its Investor Presentation, dated February 25, 2019, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
