Effective January 6, 2017, Stanley Kreitman, a Class I director of Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company,”) resigned as a director of the Company. Following his resignation, Mr. Kreitman will serve as Director Emeritus of the Company, effective January 6, 2017.
