On May 15, 2017, Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. (“Applied”) announced plans by its Vice President-Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer, Mark O. Eisele, to retire from the company at the end of August 2017, following Applied’s filing of its annual report on Form 10-K for fiscal year 2017. Mr. Eisele will be succeeded by David K. Wells.
