On April16, 2018, Mr.W. Kregg Olson informed the Company of his intention to retire as executive vice president, corporate reservoir engineering of Apache Corporation (the “Company”) effective as of August1, 2018. David A. Pursell who currently serves as senior vice president, planning and energy fundamentals of the Company will succeed Mr. Olson and retain his current duties.
