On August2, 2017, Antero Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing its financial and operational results for the quarter ended June30, 2017. Antero Resources Corporation is an oil and natural gas company. The Company is engaged in the exploration, development and acquisition of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs) and oil properties located in the Appalachian Basin. The Company’s segments include the exploration, development and production of natural gas, NGLs, and oil; gathering and compression; water handling and treatment, and marketing of excess firm transportation capacity.
