Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. (MPV) is a natural resource property exploration and development company. The Company holds approximately 49% interest in the Gahcho Kue Property. Its Gahcho Kue Property is located in the Northwest Territories (NWT) of Canada, in the District of Mackenzie, approximately 300 kilometers east-northeast of Yellowknife and over 80 kilometers east-southeast of the existing Snap Lake Mine. The Gahcho Kue Property covers approximately 10,353 acres, and consists of over four mining leases (numbers 4341, 4199, 4200, and 4201). The Gahcho Kue Property hosts approximately four primary kimberlite bodies, such as Hearne, Tuzo, Tesla and 5034. Hearne Pipe has total surface area of approximately 1.5 hectares. The Tuzo Pipe has a total surface area of approximately 1.4 hectares. The 5034 Pipe has a total surface area of approximately 1.95 hectares.
