(b) Peyton R. Howell and AmerisourceBergen Corporation (the “Company”) have agreed that she shall cease to be Executive Vice President and President, Health Systems & Specialty Care Solutions for the Company, effective as of the close of business on April 6, 2018. Ms. Howell is expected to remain as a non-executive employee of the Company through May 1, 2018. In connection with her departure, Ms. Howell will be entitled to receive compensation and benefits consistent with her Employment Agreement, which was filed as an exhibit to the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2011.
