On October 17, 2019, Patrick T. Ryan, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Board, effective October 25, 2019. Mr. Ryan informed the Company that his decision to resign was due to other professional time commitments.
