On December 10, 2019, AMERI Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) was informed by the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Company regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) as a result of the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock being $1.00 per share or greater for the 10 consecutive business day period from November 25, 2019 to December 9, 2019. As previously reported, the Company was not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement because the closing bid price for its common stock was less than $1.00 for the 30 consecutive business days preceding December 10, 2018. That matter is now closed.
