On July 10, 2017, Carlos Fernandez and Srirangan Rajagopal resigned from their positions as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Executive Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Initiatives, respectively, of Ameri Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and all other roles each held at the Company and its subsidiaries as of such date. Their final day of employment with the Company will be July 28, 2017.
