The Company previously reported on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Commission on September7, 2017, that Larry Pernosky, the Company’s Chief Human Resources Officer, had intended to retire from the Company effective December31, 2017.Mr.Pernosky has decided not to retire, and he will continue to serve in his role as Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company.
