(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, Associated Home Care, has closed on its acquisition of Intercity Home Care, a personal care provider headquartered in Malden, Massachusetts, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
