On August3, 2017, the board of directors of AMC Entertainment Holdings,Inc. declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.20 per share of ClassA and ClassB common stock, payable on September25, 2017 to shareholders of record on September11, 2017. On August3, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors authorized a $100 million common stock repurchase program. AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. is a holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, including AMC Entertainment Inc. (AMCE), American Multi-Cinema, Inc.
