Amazon.com, Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN) Alexa Collaborates With Logitech International SA (USA) (NASDAQ:LOGI)

Alexa Voice Service, one of Amazon.com, Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN)’s chief tools to spread in the connectivity of services, has attained integration with Logitech International SA (USA)(NASDAQ:LOGI). The new collaboration will enable the addition of Alexa into vehicles through Bluetooth speakers. The app has an automatic loading mechanism once the handset is snapped into the ZeroTouch. This means drivers will not have to interact with their phones while driving but will still communicate. Hardware accessories are well suited for Android phones.

A way to have Logitech’s ZeroTouch hardware and app integration stand out

Logitech’s ZeroTouch hardware and app integration has arrived in good time. The app will allow for hands-free ability to text and receive calls while navigating roads. These are just a few of the features that will make it beat the prevailing competition. In any case, there is a growing number of options available for in-car interfaces. ZeroTouch is already present in the US and UK at a cost of $59 and $79 for vent and dashboard models respectively.

There are many things that one can do with ZeroTouch. Some of these include smart home control features, having audio books read aloud and getting news briefs among others.

Alexa has huge potential as an in-car interface

Since its entry into the US market in 2015, Alexa has continued to be one of the most sought after voice assistants.  It was one of the biggest hits of CES earlier this year given that its integrations appeared on a multiple of devices.

On the other hand, it has always beat the competition of the millions of voice assistants that are hitting the market every day.  Amazon is not relenting despite all the success. Alexa has an exclusive reliance on voice-based input, which explains its popularity and the potentiality of being an in-car interface. In the meantime, Logitech stock closed at $29.31 witnessing an increase of $0.47 or 1.63%
