On September 12, 2017, Brian P. Kelley notified AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Kelley’s resignation is due to competing demands with his new role as a partner at a private equity firm and not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
