Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As part of the ongoing integration of the Enterprise Information Solutions business (the “EIS Business”) that Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), acquired from McKesson Corporation, a Delaware corporation, on October2, 2017, the Company commenced a reorganization of its management team that resulted in, among other things, the management of certain solutions development functions being transitioned to other senior management employees of the Company. In light of these changes, on December28, 2017, the Company determined that James Hewitt, Executive Vice President, Solutions Development, will no longer be classified as a Section16 officer or executive officer. Mr.Hewitt remains an active member of the Company’s broader senior leadership team.
