On February 15, 2017, Alliance MMA, Inc. (the Company) issued a
press release announcing that it named Scott Sheeley as Director,
Emerging Markets to help the Company generate additional revenue
streams outside of the United States. A copy of the press release
is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference
herein.

On February 16, 2017, Alliance MMA, Inc. (the Company) issued a
press release announcing that it two of its regional MMA events
scheduled for the weekend of February 18, 2017 have been sold out
and identifying sponsors for the Companys upcoming events. A copy
of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and
incorporated by reference herein.
