(b)On January8, 2018, Shawn O’Donnell resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and all committees of the Board. Mr.O’Donnell’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr.O’Donnell’s resignation is effective immediately.
