On December 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of Horizon Air Industries, Inc. (“Horizon Air”) elected Bradley D. Tilden to succeed David L. Campbell as President and CEO of Horizon Air, effective January 5, 2018 until such time as a further successor may be elected.
