ITEM 1.02. TERMINATION OF A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
On May 12, 2017, management of Airborne Wireless Network, a
Nevada corporation (the Company), determined that it was in the
best interests of both parties thereto that that certain
consulting agreement with Eurasian Capital, LLC, a Delaware
limited liability company (Eurasian), be terminated. Accordingly,
on May 12, 2017, the Company provided to Eurasian the Companys
notice of termination of that agreement.

Airborne Wireless Network, formerly Ample-Tee, Inc., is a development-stage company. The Company is developing a meshed network. The Company is seeking opportunities for the acquisition of assets. For its wholesale carrier network, the Company intends to use commercial aircraft as mini-satellites. The Company’s wholesale carrier network would be the airborne broadband pipeline, providing connectivity for broadband carrier services using commercial aircraft.
