On December22, 2017, Marc Lasry provided notice of his resignation as a member of the board of directors of AgroFresh Solutions,Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of December26, 2017. Mr.Lasry’s resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
