On July5, 2017, Joel C. Barrish, Ph.D., the Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of Achillion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), provided notice of his intention to resign from the Company. His resignation is effective July14, 2017.
