Voting Results.

At the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Acacia
Communications, Inc. (the Company), held on May18, 2017, the
proposals listed below were submitted to a vote of the Companys
stockholders. The proposals are described further in the Companys
definitive proxy statement for the annual meeting.

Proposal One the election of two Class I director nominees
to hold office until the Companys 2020 annual meeting of
stockholders.

The two Class I director nominees named in the Companys
definitive proxy statement were elected to hold office until the
Companys 2020 annual meeting of stockholders. Information as to
the vote on each director standing for election is provided
below:

Proposal Two the ratification of the appointment of
Deloitte Touche LLP as the Companys independent registered public
accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December31,
2017.

The Companys stockholders ratified the appointment of Deloitte
Touche LLP as the Companys independent registered public
accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December31, 2017. The

Acacia Communications, Inc. provides high-speed coherent interconnect products. The Company’s products include a series of low-power coherent digital signal processor application-specific integrated circuits (DSP ASICs), and silicon photonic integrated circuits (silicon PICs), which it has integrated into families of optical interconnect modules with transmission speeds ranging from 100 to 400 gigabits per second (Gbps) for use in long-haul, metro and inter-data center markets.
