On January 22, 2018, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (the “Company”) issued a news release (the “Release”) announcing an updated outlook for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2017 which ends February 3, 2018, and that the Company plans to release its fiscal 2017 fourth quarter and full year results on March 7, 2018.
