Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers. |
On February 21, 2017, Mr. Dror Niv resigned from his positions
(1) as a member and Chairman of the Companys Board of Directors
(the Board) of FXCM Inc. (the Company), effective immediately,
and (2) as the Companys Chief Executive Officer, to be effective
upon the appointment of his successor.
Also on February 21, 2017, Mr. William Ahdout resigned from his
position as a member of the Companys Board, effective
immediately.
Neither of Mr. Niv nor Mr. Ahdout resigned because of any
disagreement with the Company.

On February 21, 2017, the Company announced its intention to
change its name from FXCM Inc. to Global Brokerage Inc. The name
change is expected to be effective on February 27, 2017. The
Companys Class A Common Stock will continue to trade on the
NASDAQ Stock Market under the symbol GLBR.
