Imperial Oil Limited announced today the retirement of W.J.
(William) Hartnett as vice-president and general counsel
effective December31, 2016. Effective January1, 2017,
Mr.Hartnett will be succeeded as vice-president and general
counsel by P.M. (Peter) Dinnick, currently assistant general
counsel, upstream.
