On December 23, 2016, Mr. Henry Fong, Director, Chief Financial
Officer, Corporate Secretary and Principal Accounting Officer of
the Corporation passed away. As of the filing of this report, no
person or persons have been appointed to any of the positions
previously held by Mr. Fong.
