On November 2, 2020, Avon Products, Inc.’s wholly-owned subsidiaries Avon International Capital p.l.c. and Avon International Operations, Inc. redeemed in full their senior secured notes due 2022 in an aggregate principal amount of US$400 million and US$500 million, respectively, at the redemption price equivalent to 101.969% of the principal amount of the notes redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest.
