On July 23, 2019, Avangrid, Inc. (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2019. A copy of the Corporation’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
The Corporation will conduct an audio-only financial presentation on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. On July 16, 2019, the Corporation issued a press release announcing that the board of directors of the Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share on its common stock. This dividend is payable October 1, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 6, 2019.
