ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 15, 2019 Vectrus, Inc. announced that the U.S. Government published a notice that Vectrus Systems Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vectrus, Inc., was awarded a $547,634,003 modification (P00175) to contract W52P1J-10-C-0062 for Kuwait base operations and security support services (also known as K-BOSSS) in the Kuwait area of responsibility. Work will be performed in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, with an estimated completion date of March 28, 2020. Vectrus had expected this twelve-month modification.
