(b) Effective February 8, 2019, Scott A. Mayo, a “named executive officer” within the meaning of Instruction 4 to Item 5.02 of Form 8-K, has stepped down from his position as Senior Vice President, Barnes Group Inc. and President, Barnes Industrial. Mr. Mayo will depart Barnes Group Inc. after an appropriate transition period.
