On June28, 2018, Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System did not object to its 2018 Capital Plan submitted under the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review process.

The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1.
