On April 27, 2018, Mr. David Kowalski informed Marc Michael, President and Chief Executive Officer of SPX FLOW, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to retire from his role as President, Global Manufacturing Operations of the Company, effective in the second half of this year.

Item 8.01. Other Events

The Company also announced the appointment of Mr. Ty Jeffers as the Vice President, Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain, effective April 30, 2018. Mr. Jeffers brings more than 20 years of operations and supply chain experience service with General Electric and Baker Hughes.
