On April 13, 2018, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it is currently working through the collective bargaining process with two of its unions – the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference – Train & Engine (“TCRC”) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (“IBEW”).
