About ENGEX, INC. (OTCMKTS:EXGI)
Engex, Inc. (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end investment company. The investment objective of the Fund is capital appreciation. The Fund’s portfolio of investments includes sectors, such as biotechnology, technology and gaming industry. The Fund intends to seek investment opportunities in one or more additional companies in which it would acquire a controlling interest. Such acquisitions are likely to require a substantial investment of the Fund’s assets and a further concentration of the Fund’s investments in particular companies or industries. The Fund’s investment advisor is American Investors Advisors, Inc.
