On June 3, 2017, Matinas BioPharma Holdings, Inc. (the Company)
issued a press release to report interim results from the Phase
2a Clinical Study of Orally-Administered MAT2203 for the
Treatment of Chronic Refractory Mucocutaneous Candidiasis, which
is being conducted by the National Institutes of Health. The
press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company intends to use the presentation included as Exhibit
99.2 to this report in connection with its investor conference
call on June 5, 2017.
