The exhibits filed herewith are exhibits to the Registration Statement on FormS-3 (file no. 333-216219) of 3M Company (the “Company”), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February24, 2017. OnSeptember21, 2017, the Company entered into a Terms Agreement with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner& Smith Incorporated and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as representatives of the several purchasers named therein, relating to the sale of $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 2.250% Notes due 2023, $850,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 2.875% Notes due 2027 and $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 3.625% Notes due 2047, issued off of the Company’s Medium-Term Note Program, SeriesF.
