On February 26, 2017, the Company answered questions from a
shareholder regarding a firm called Miller Schiff. The Company
has never heard of Miller Schiff and has no knowledge regarding
anything related to the firm. The consulting company that has
been moved into 1PM was owned and operated by the officers and
was previously privately run by them. The Company also confirmed
that it did not foresee agreeing to any additional convertible
debt financing similar to the previous derivative instruments.
Additionally, the Company intends to reduce the authorized once
the convertible debt instruments have been satisfied.
