Effective April 21, 2017, Devang Shah will separate from Zynga Inc. (“Zynga”) and will no longer be General Counsel, Secretary, and Senior Vice President of Zynga, or hold any other positions or offices with Zynga or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.  Mr. Shah will be entitled to payments in amounts and types described in the Retention Agreement, dated April 23, 2015, between Mr. Shah and Zynga, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Exhibit 10.1 to Zynga’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 27, 2015, subject to him providing and not revoking a general waiver and release of claims.
