On December 8, 2016, Xactly Corporation (the Company) issued a
press release announcing its financial results for the third
fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2016. In the press release, the
Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call
on December 8, 2016 to discuss its financial results for the
third fiscal quarter ended October 31,2016. A copy of the press
