On June 7, 2018, our Board approved amendments to the Company's Bylaws, effective immediately, to allow the offices of the president and the chief executive officer of the Company to be held by the same individual or two different individuals, and to allow the Board to authorize any officer or officers of the Company to execute contracts or instruments in the name of and on behalf of the Company. WestMountain Alternative Energy, Inc. provides consulting services to related parties with respect to client investments in alternative energy projects. The Company performs due diligence and ongoing research and evaluation with respect to projects on a fee basis. The Company plans to seek, develop and manage alternative energy investments for its own account. The Company has an investment screening process to make its investments. The Company plans to make early-stage investments that will bring alternative energy technologies to commercialization and then manage these investments. It plans to generate management fees based on the size of the investments that the Company oversees and incentives income based on the performance of these investments.
