(b) On March 5, 2017, Mr. James J. O’Brien notified WESCO International, Inc. (the “Company”) that due to scheduling conflicts, he had decided to resign as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and any positions he held as a member of any committee of the Board. His resignation will be effective March 31, 2017 and is not due to any disagreement with the Company.
